Once you have enquired, via email, in person or on the phone with us, then we let you know the key information we need to book you in, we take your deposit (or full payment if booking is within 6 weeks of travel) either by BACS or over the phone, then your booking goes into our system and you receive a confirmation email of this. You will then receive an invoice outlining the hire details, motorhomes, dates and cost. Around 6wks before travel you will receive (if not already paid) an invoice for the full amount and then 2 weeks before travel we ask for a copy of driving license and 2x proof of address to set you up on the insurance ready for your trip away. A few days before collection, we contact you to firm up a handover time ready for collection day.

Insurance for 2 drivers, Free parking for one car, VAT, breakdown cover, a full self catering inventory, filling hose, power cable, Unlimited mileage allowance The motorhome is also provided fully fuelled and with the refillable LPG tank full, both to be returned full.

Yes, we welcome dogs in selected motorhomes – providing upholstery is covered and they are restrained while travelling. There is a small surcharge of £50 (per hire, not per dog), towards additional cleaning time. Two dogs maximum, please.
If you’re not a fan of dogs – don’t worry, we also have pet free motor homes, but we cannot guarantee that these have never had a dog in.

Mid Season 1st April – 30th May
High Season 1st June – 31st August
Mid Season 1st September – 31st October
Christmas Season 22nd December – 2rd January (Mid Season rate)

You can leave one car free of charge, at our Kirkby Lonsdale depot whilst away on tour, We are very limited on parking space your car is parked where the motorhome is taken from.

We don’t include bedding or towels so you will need to bring your own.

When you collect the Motorhome you will be required to pay a £1250.00 deposit. (or higher depending on destination or individual circumstances)
Standard european travel is £1750.00 (Or higher)
This is taken as a Pre Authorisation on your credit card and is fully refundable on return.
This covers any accidental damage to the interior / exterior or in the event an accident (Fault or not) covers the excess on our insurance policy.

All of our motor homes are under 3500kgs and can therefore be driven on standard full car licence (no C1 needed).
You must have minimum 2 years experience and be over 25 and under 75 years of age to qualify for our insurance cover.

Yes! we are only 10 minutes from junction 36 of the M6 in Cumbria, located in the historic market town of Kirkby Lonsdale on the Main A65 so all destinations are readily accessible from our depot

We recommend you take out separate travel insurance for every eventuality. We are unable to make any recommendations though sorry.

All our motorhomes are covered with 24/7 breakdown cover and the breakdown contact number is visible inside the vehicle, along with our office number and an out-of-hours mobile number for urgent support. Each vehicle also comes with a safety pack, hi-vis vests and a red warning triangle. All of this is shown at the handover. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately and follow the safety instructions provided.

Our standard hire times are:

Collection: from 3:00 pm
Return: by 10:00 am (fully unloaded)

This schedule allows us enough time to prepare the vehicles for the next guests.

We always do our best to get you away earlier (often from around 1:00 pm), but this can only be confirmed a day or two before your hire, once we know the motorhome’s movements.

If you’d like guaranteed flexibility, in some cases we can also offer:

Early collection from 10.00 am – £75
Late return up to 3:00 pm – £75

Yes! We provide a comprehensive handover before you set off, including a run through of our T&Cs, instructions on how to operate the motorhome, use essential systems, and safety guidance. Our aim is to make sure you feel confident and comfortable with your vehicle before you start your journey. The handover can take anywhere between 15 minutes to 1hr depending on how experienced or confident you are with the motorhome.
