Once you have sent in your booking request we will get back to you to confirm your dates and Motorhome chosen. If we cant offer what you have chosen we will do our best to offer suitable alternatives, only once you are happy will we then move to deposit payment to secure your booking.

A Non refundable deposit of £250 will be payable at time of booking (per weeks hire booked) to confirm your booking.

If your booking is last minute (within 6 weeks of travel) the balance will be payable in full at point of booking.

You will be required to produce your Drivers licence and proof of address as part of the insurance cover. The address must match your current address and be in date. The person who books / pays for the hire will be the Hirer / Insured driver.

On the day of collection you will be required to pay a security / damage deposit of £1000.00 (Standard uk travel) or £1500.00 (EU Travel) or higher for specific high risk events / destination. This will be agreed at time of booking and is to cover any damage to the Motorhome and / or in the event of an accident will be used to cover the excess on our insurance policy. Additional factors may be if you or another driver has multiple points or convictions on their licence. This is fully refundable subject to the Motorhome being returned in the same condition it was taken and returned at the time agreed.

Age restrictions on hiring one of our motorhomes are 25 – 75 years of age and you must have at least 2 years driving experience. No more than 6 points (2 x 3 points) on your licence If you have any claims or convictions please notify us at this stage so we can check with our insurance company.

For all European travel you must notify us of all countries you intend to travel through to make sure we have legally covered the laws in that country. Any travel outside of an EU country is not insured.

If your traveling in Europe in winter most countries are mandatory snow tyres / chains you must notify us if you are planning this so we can prepare the vehicle accordingly. Additional charges will apply.

If your licence is Non Uk please let us know so we can check with the insurance company that cover will be available.
